The brief

Bella Li is a clothing brand that started selling online. It needed a complete e-commerce store: somewhere to present its collections, take payment securely and look after customers once they have ordered.

The brand has its own voice and its own community, so the store could not feel like a generic shop. It had to sell the clothes and say something about the people who wear them.

What the website had to do

  • Launch a store the brand can manage day to day
  • Make browsing and checkout quick and simple
  • Show the brand’s style, not just its stock

What we did

The decisions that shaped the project, and why we made them.

  • A full WooCommerce store

Products, basket, checkout and secure payment integration, with product management the brand controls itself.

  • Collections that are easy to shop

Clothing is organised into clear collections, including Elevated Essentials and Urban Fashion, so customers find their style quickly.

  • A lookbook for the brand

A “Worn Our Way” section shows the clothes being worn, giving the brand room to show its character beyond the product grid.

  • Everything a shopper needs to feel sure

A size guide, delivery information and a returns page answer the questions that otherwise stop a sale.

  • Customer accounts

Shoppers can create an account to manage their details and orders.

  • Room for what the brand cares about

A dedicated page for the brand’s charity support sits alongside the shop.
